Each workout is really descriptive and only 24 minutes, and I love that everything is pictured with exactly what to do for movements and reps. The workouts are split into major muscle groups so your week will look like this:

These workouts are serious business friends, I love them! I have only been using the guide for a few weeks and I already feel stronger. Not only that, I’ve lost 5 lbs. and 2 inches off my waist! My fitness goal isn’t to just be skinny, it’s to be FIT and Strong. I want the defined muscle lines on my biceps, toned legs, flat tummy, and a round booty. I feel like these things are totally achievable with this program! I have a long way to go, but I feel like I am headed in the right direction to be the best version of myself.
