The new year is a time to make new goals for not only yourself but for your family. One of the goals I made for my family is to find new ways to strengthen our immune systems and digestive health.
As a parent there is only so much you can do to help your children be happy and healthy. Providing healthy food and wellness checkups are two things I currently do but I know there is more I could be doing. Over the past month I have done some studying to find additional ways that I can help my children achieve digestive health so that they can grow healthy and strong.
Align Jr. Align is the #1 Doctor and Gastroenterologist recommended probiotic brand‡ and now comes in delicious chewables for kids (ages 6-12). Align Jr. helps with digestive health because probiotics are good bacteria that provide a health benefit and are essential for many vital body functions including digestion. Did you know that things such as stress, diet and changes in routine can actually disrupt the balance of good bacteria in kids? I was shocked to hear how many everyday things can trigger a disruption.
Align Jr. has been a wonderful discovery for myself and my family. Helping my children find better digestive health is something that is really important to me. As a parent I have tried many different tactics to help fortify my kids digestive systems; cutting out dairy, eating less sugar and carbs, etc. I am excited to see how Align Jr. can assist in strengthening my children’s digestive health.* Here is to a happy and healthy 2017!
