At the end of the day, when my two year old is asleep, I like to treat myself. It’s a small thing, but rewarding myself with a little bit of dessert and my favorite show makes me happy. Most of the time, I try to pick a dessert that won’t undo all the healthy eating I did during the day. Unfortunately for me, and the rest of the world, a healthy dessert is a bit of a oxymoron. However, this week I tried Fiber One Cheesecake bars. No it’s not as healthy as eating fruits or vegetables for dessert, it doesn’t posses that kind of dark magic, but it does give you a delicious cheesecake dessert for only 150 calories! They also have 6 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber (20% your daily value of fiber). They come in salted caramel and strawberry and are made with real cream cheese.
Everyone in my family loved them. My husband kept asking if I had taken pictures of it yet so that he could eat the rest. My two year old loved them too.
Next time you’re craving cheesecake but want to stay on track, try Fiber One cheesecake bars! You can find them at Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Target, Safeway/Albertsons, and Meijer.
