Not everyone loves the austerity of January as much as I do. My children certainly lament the end of the “holiday season” which begins with Hallowe’en and stretches it’s long arm through the New Year. It’s over two months of festivities and food and all sorts of merry-making. Like I said, I appreciate the austerity of January but my children typically don’t agree with me.
That means it’s time for a “just because” party.
Marcie Joy has a new song and the party to go with it. Start with your free download of “Disco Donut Dance Party”
and follow the ideas here on here blog for a fun Robot-themed party complete with crafts, games, and snacks. Do it on a snow day with the kids or invite some friends over to join in the fun. Either way you’ve earned yourself a nomination to Parent of the Year and forgiveness for taking down all those fun decorations.
